New Updates
- Retouching will NOT be included with packages. It will be an additional fee that will be paid at the time of booking.
- Studio time will be paid for by the client and is due at the time of booking.
- Client assessment survey WILL be completed before consideration of project acceptance.
- Any DMs to social media pages other than facebook.com/newstarstudios about work will be considered unofficial and deleted. Only emails from the website contact form or direct email will be addressed as official forms of communication.
- Phone calls about work will be scheduled and booked in advance through the booking site. Emergency phone calls will have a service fee.
- Any misuse of my direct phone number will result privileges revoked and communication will only take place via email. No after-hours texts or phone calls will be allowed without a service fee.
- Creative direction will have a service fee starting at $150. ( any planning of location, themes, logistics of props, or anything outside of shooting the content will be an additional fee for my intellectual property and or development.)
